ALTERNATIVE TEACHING METHODS include but are not limited to: REMOTE LEARNING (live zoom) and/or face-to-face lectures and canvas. All hands-on-skill labs are performed face-to-face at the First Responders Academy campus.
REMOTE LEARNING: Synchronous instruction, the same as a standard course only on Zoom at the originally scheduled class times. It offers the benefits of face-to-face instruction while maximizing social distancing efforts. Remote instruction will take place via ZOOM, Canvas, and additional remote-access tools.
On the first day of class all students will receive a schedule of when to be on zoom or face-to-face at the First Responders Academy campus (15775 Hwy 35 South, Atascosa TX 78002).
